ARPA-H Dash

“ARPA-H Dash” competition announces winner, finalists

The ARPA-H Dash to Accelerate Health Outcomes, or “ARPA-H Dash,” launched on March 15, 2023 to help identify revolutionary evidence-based ideas to transform health. The ARPA-H Dash was a collaborative online competition open to bold thinkers across health, scientific, and technology communities, as well as the general public. On May 16, 2023, ARPA-H announced the winner of the Dash, “One Drug for All Cancers,“ submitted by Anuradha Lingappa. A full list of finalists is available at www.polyplexus.com (registration required).

“Health affects us all, and we know so many people – as patients, as advocates, as professionals – have big, bold ideas that need an opportunity to break the surface and get traction. We’re providing that opportunity here and now,” said ARPA-H Director Renee Wegrzyn, Ph.D.

The ARPA-H Dash used a bracket format and online discussion, debate, and voting to narrow submissions to quarterfinalists, semifinalists, finalists, and a champion idea during March and April 2023. Sixty-four submissions were grouped within ARPA-H’s strategic focus areas, which include:
