Scott Gorman, J.D., MBA

Scott Gorman joined ARPA-H as a Program Manager in April 2024. He previously served as a Presidential Innovation Fellow at ARPA-H, the Department of Energy's AI and Technology Office, and the Veterans Health Administration's National AI Institute. During this time, he led initiatives on trustworthy AI strategy and implementation, digital transformation, and helped to launch the U.S. Digital Corps. 

Prior to federal service, Gorman co-founded and served as CTO for several technology companies in the health and education sectors, where he led the development of products from conception through clinical validation and commercialization. Gorman also serves as an Innovation Officer with the 75th U.S. Army Reserve Innovation Command. He completed his MBA at the University of Oxford and his J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley.
