Deputy Director of Communications
ARPA-H is seeking an experienced and innovative Deputy Director of Communications (Comms) to design, lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives; build ARPA-H’s brand and graphic design capabilities; lead digital campaigns and public engagement; oversee website design, content and management; and help manage ARPA-H’s marketing metrics/performance evaluation, media relations, crisis communications and thought leadership work. Director of People Operations
ARPA-H is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of People Operations, responsible for all human resources functions, strategic and performance leadership, and initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness as well as employee satisfaction. In addition, this position will supervise and deliver a world-class experience for the functions/operations of recruitment, placement, classification, onboarding, training, work/life, retirement, and benefits counseling.
Information Technology and Data Innovation Operations Manager
The Office of Information Technology and Data Innovation (ITDI) Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ARPA-H’s IT infrastructure and services. This includes administration of cloud/ SaaS services, conference room and event AV support, IT support, coordination of systems and services provided by other organizations such as CIT/NIH, and security systems to ensure all systems run efficiently, reliably, and securely. The ITDI Operations Manager works within a team of IT professionals, coordinates with vendors, and collaborates with key stakeholders to meet ARPA-H’s technical and business objectives.

ARPA-H is actively seeking Program Managers to drive innovative solutions to the nation’s most pressing health-related problems. PMs are more than leaders—they are mission-driven visionaries in multidisciplinary fields such as biomedical sciences, computational technologies, engineering, medicine, or behavioral sciences—among many others.
