Chief Information Officer

ARPA-H is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Chief Information Officer. The CIO serves as the authoritative resource and primary advisor to the Director of ARPA-H with responsibility for ARPA-H-wide information and IT plans, policies, direction, and oversight; provides oversight of the ARPA-H cybersecurity program; assures ARPA-H compliance with Federal laws, regulations, policies, and guidance; and oversees the activities of the Office.

Proactive Health Mission Office Director

ARPA-H is seeking exceptionally talented, highly motivated health innovation experts to lead the agency’s Proactive Health Office, which is focused on reducing the likelihood that people become patients. Proactive Health program investments will create new capabilities to detect and characterize disease risk and promote treatments and behaviors to anticipate threats to human health, whether those threats are viral, bacterial, chemical, physical, or psychological. The Proactive Health MOD will build and lead a team of Program Managers who are investing in a portfolio of projects and programs in relevant areas.

Scalable Solutions Mission Office Director

ARPA-H is seeking exceptionally talented, highly motivated health innovation experts to lead the agency’s Scalable Solutions Office, which is focused on addressing challenges that include geography, distribution, manufacturing, data and information, and economies of scale to create programs that result in impactful, timely, and equitable solutions. From manufacturing next-generation therapeutics and diagnostics at scale, to reaching Americans at scale even in the hardest-to-reach places, the Scalable Solutions MOD will build and lead a team of Program Managers who are investing in a portfolio of projects and programs in relevant areas.

Mission Office Deputy Director

ARPA-H has two Deputy Director positions open within the Mission Office, which provides leadership for high-risk, high-reward biomedical and health research to speed application and implementation of health breakthroughs equitably. The Health Science Futures Mission Office and the Resilient Systems Mission Office seek incumbents to support the work of the Directors and the Offices in working with Program Managers to coordinate programs.
