BioSage: AI-Powered Autonomous Science Platform for Cross-Disciplinary Biomedical Discovery
The objective of this work is to develop BioSage – a novel knowledge discovery and synthesis platform that leverages advanced retrieval augmented generation (RAG) with large language models (LLMs) and multimodal foundation models (MFMs) combined with reasoning and translator agents to enable cross-disciplinary biomedical discovery and collaboration.
