Identifying Biomarkers for Behavioral Health Diagnoses
This project will develop objective biological measures of mental health by linking survey responses with large-scale blood-based data. Using machine learning and large research datasets, the team aims to identify molecular patterns that reflect mental health status and changes over time, with the goal of creating scalable, minimally invasive ways to measure treatment response and well-being. Data collected and analyzed under this award will be deidentified and housed in the ARPA-H EVIDENT Data Repository.
