Multimodal Neuroimmune Biomarkers of Rapid Acting Therapeutics: Disentangling of Drug-Specific and Placebo-Mediated Clinical Response in OCD, PTSD, and Depression
This project will add multimodal data colleciton to several clinical trials studying rapid-acting compounds vs. placebos for obsssive compulsive disorder (OCD), PTSD, and depression to develop objective measures of treatment response. By collecting brain, immune, sleep, and digital behavior data at the same time points across studies, the team aims to identify reliable signs of improvement and create a shared dataset that can support future tools for predicting how long treatment benefits last and who may be at risk of relapse. Data collected under this award will be deidentified and housed in the ARPA-H EVIDENT Data Repository.
