Digital, Blood, and Brain-Based Biomarkers of Clinical Response to a Sequenced Randomized Controlled Trial of Psilocybin Therapy Followed by SAINT for Treatment Resistant Depression
This project will add biological, psychological, and social data collection to an ongoing randomized clinical trial testing psilocybin therapy followed by active or sham accelerated neuromodulation for treatment resistant depression. This study aims to better understand treatment effects and identify objective signs of response over time. Data and biological samples collected under this award will be deidentified and housed in the ARPA-H EVIDENT Data and Biorepositories.
