Alzheimer’s disease is a devastating neurological condition that affects over 7 million Americans. Yet despite its massive impact, efforts to find meaningful treatments have been largely unsuccessful with roughly 99% of experimental drugs for Alzheimer’s disease failing in the research and development stage. C-BRAIN aims to streamline research on this complex disease by delivering an open-data platform that integrates novel spatial multi-omic data and developing validated foundation models for heterogeneous aging and the causal determinants of Alzheimer’s disease.
