PRISMM: Pre-disease Resilience and Immune Stratification Multimodal Map

Current treatment trials for Alzheimer’s disease are highly centralized, slow, and typically focused on late-stage disease instead of intervening before symptoms set in or worsen. PRISMM would address this gap by mapping the pre-symptomatic biology of cognitive decline and evaluate a mechanism-anchored intervention. This will include a fully decentralized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in adults (aged 45-70) with subjective cognitive decline to generate a reusable and longitudinal multi-omic dataset.
